When you have mobility issues or body mechanics don’t allow you to post up and bridge, this simple tweak to your rear mount escape can make a big difference!
The violence of Krav Maga is great and works well in many situations, but if you are small, weak, or mobility limited those explosive bursts may not work for you. This alternative wall choke defense will work well when body mechanics won’t allow Krav to be effective.

Sometimes you simply can’t work S-Mount because your opponent is too big, sometimes it’s because your body mechanics won’t allow you the control to get your legs in the right position. This alternative will work well in many situations, be it wheelchair bound, amputee, or simply short legs!
